Established in 1980 by Conrad Parducci, Parducci Hardwood Floors is a family operated, service oriented hardwood flooring company. Serving Kauai since 1983 our wealth of experience and integrity has enabled us to be the premiere wood flooring company on Kauai. We offer a number of services including installation, sanding and finishing, hardwood sales, wood flooring repair, and concrete polishing.
Originally known for our expert sanding & finishing, we constantly strive to give the customer the best and cleanest wood floor sanding & finishing possible. While no job is actually dust free, ours actually have LESS dust, and clients are pleasantly surprised at how clean our jobs are. We use the best machinery and a multitude of floor finishes depending on the clients desire. CONCRETE PREPARATION [floor grinding and flattening]
A successful installation starts with a well prepared substrate. Quite often the subfloor needs grinding and filling to flatten it prior to floor installation. We have the tools and excellent dust control to help flatten concrete and profile it to accept whatever floor covering your choose.
CONCRETE POLISHING
We offer finely honed and polished concrete floors. Concrete can usually be ground then honed and polished to give you a beautiful easy to maintain floor that can last a lifetime. We offer different sheens and colors to give you the look you are after.
